How To Apply Organic Worm Fertilizer to Grass:

Apply Pure Black Castings™, VermaMax®, and VermaPlex® for lush, green grass, lawns, pastures and hay fields.  Reduce watering requirements and improve your soil with these organic, slow-release fertilizers.

 For Established Grass:

• Broadcast -
  Pure Black Castings™ at a rate of 20 pounds per 1000 sq ft. (40 pounds if not using VermaPlex™).
  
  
• Drench Castings and Grass Immediately -
  With 8 oz. VermaPlex®  with 2 gallons water per 1000 sq ft.
  
  
• 7 days later -
  Spray grass with 4 oz. VermaPlex™ mixed with 1 gallon water per 1000 sq. ft.
  
  
• The second year and maintenance:
  In spring, broadcast 20# VermaMax™  per 1000 sq. ft.  OR,  broadcast 20# Pure Black Castings™ and apply 4 oz. VermaPlex® with 2 gallons water per 1000 sq ft.
  
  In fall, broadcast 20# Pure Black Castings per 1000 sq ft. Apply  4 oz. VermaPlex™ with 2 gallon water per 1000 sq ft.

Tip:  For extra organic nitrogen and calcium, apply VermaMax®. Mix with your Pure Black Castings™ (2 parts castings, 1 part VermaMax®.

If you apply a nitrogen fertilizer, such as VermaMax®, along with Pure Black Castings™ and VermaPlex®, wait 5-10 days before the VermaPlex® application.
